EnSafe is accepting applications for a <strong>Senior Health &amp; Safety Professional.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><u>What We Are Looking For</u></strong></p> <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Health &amp; Safety Professional</strong>, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform machine guarding, lockout-tagout, confined space, and other H&amp;S risk assessments</li> <li>Conduct machine guarding (including robot) compliance and risk assessments</li> <li>idenitfy machine guarding compliance and risk reduction strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of EnSafe's clients.</li> <li>Stay abreast of the latest machine guarding technologies and integrate them into EnSafe's safety solutions.</li> <li>Perform H&amp;S compliance audits</li> <li>Develop and execute industrial hygiene exposure monitoring plans</li> <li>Mentor and supervise early-career industrial hygiene and H&amp;S professionals</li> <li>Serve as project manager on H&amp;S and industrial hygiene projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Grow business in your local area and on a national level</li> <li>Be willing and able to travel overnight. &nbsp;Travel fluctuates but may be up to 60%.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Professional certification as a CSP, CMSP, and/or CIH</li> <li>Practical understanding and application of OSHA general industry regulations</li> <li>Experience with machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and confined space risk assessments as well as OSHA compliance, auditing and other safety consulting</li> <li>Leadership skills, initiative, attention to detail, analytical thinking, accountability, and commitment to quality and accuracy</li&
