You will work across the stack—from intuitive frontend experiences to robust backend systems—while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems</li> <li>Build scalable, performant, and secure web applications</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user[1]focused solutions</li> <li>Architect and implement APIs, services, and data models</li> <li>Improve system reliability, observability, and performance</li> <li>Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices</li> <li>Mentor junior and mid-level engineers</li> <li>Contribute to technical roadmap, system design, and architecture decisions</li> <li>Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in full-stack software development</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, C#/.NET or similar</li> <li>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL</li> <li>Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and DevOps practices</li> <li>Strong knowledge of software design patterns and system architecture</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li> <li>Experience using AI tools (Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, CodeX, Anthropic and</li> <li>OpenAI toolchain, etc)</li> <li>Experience with GenAI and AgenticAI</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will have an advantage if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with microservices or distributed systems</li> <li>Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</li> <li>Familia
