• Optimize: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate: Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless operations and address any technical challenges.

• Document: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and control systems is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
