RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for inland freight movement (port drayage, intermodal rail, and transload) 
• Own cost, cycle time, service, and quality KPI’s for all transportation service providers
• Serve as subject matter expert for internal cross-functional partners
• Utilize KPI’s and shipment data to address exceptions and drive improved performance 
• Drive innovation and challenge the status quo in all areas of supply chain 
• Facilitate communication and partnerships between service providers and DCs
• Additional projects and initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Live and Breathe RH’s Core Values and Beliefs
• Experience overseeing trucking and port drayage providers
• Familiar with seaport terminal operations and terminology
• Basic familiarity with import customs procedures 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data analytics skills
• Experience with InforNexus, Google Workspace, and PowerBI preferred
• 5-8+ years experience in a high volume transportation environment
• Must possess strong computer skills - proficiency in MS Excel is a must
• Keeps a positive can-do approach to solving problems
• Able to travel as needed
