Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, You Will:

• Elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders
• Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Translate and document conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
• Participate in the quality assurance (QA) process of developed functionalities

To Be Successful, You Need:

• Minimum of six (6) years related work experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Familiar with Agile delivery methods and ways of working that can operate independently, but also be given direction within multiple work streams and complex tasks with an integrated application development team, dedicated User Experience (UX) resources and committed Business Client.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, planning, monitoring, modeling, verification and methodology development
• Ability to understand and document business and business processes
• Highly skilled in solution evaluation
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
• Be detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in using TFS Agile Scrum Master PMP/ITL
• This effort supports a federal contract in which proof of US Citizenship must be confirmed prior to starting in this role
