Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, curious and experienced Revenue and Portfolio Manager to lead the optimization of our self-storage and marina portfolios and drive revenue growth. This role will be responsible for partnering closely with operations to ensure optimization and leading pricing and revenue strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in asset management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a passion for achieving results. This role will manage a small team of direct reports.

What You'll Do:

• Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns while managing risk. Continuously monitor and analyze portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve objectives. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Pricing & Revenue Strategy: Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation. Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of pricing strategies.
• Operational Partnership: Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of revenue and portfolio management. Identify and address any operational bottlenecks that may impact portfolio performance. Streamline processes and improve communication between investment and operations teams.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to their professional development. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio data to identify areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with investment strategies. Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the portfolio from downside risks.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including investment, development, marketing, operations, and finance teams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track portfolio performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the data storage industry, including AI, cloud storage, and data management.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the storage and marina platforms.
