<p>As a <b>Customer Technology Specialist</b>, you will be the trusted expert to bring innovation to agriculture in Andalucía Occidental and Extremadura region. You will contribute with deep crop and product knowledge with a sharp understanding of local market dynamics, ensuring our solutions deliver real commercial value within the Crop Protection segment.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind creating demand, promoting sales, and guiding customers toward the optimal use of our portfolio. Your focus is on farmers: listening to their needs, anticipating market trends, and translating strategy into action.</p><p></p><p>Before engaging with customers, you’ll master the defined product strategy, equipping yourself to provide confidence and clarity. Your expertise will shape success—both for our customers and for our organization.</p><p></p><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Within the Andalucía Occidental and Extremadura region</li></ul><p></p><p>Your profile:</p><ul><li>Education in Agronomy or related. MSc or/and PhD will be a plus.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience with demo trials for crop protection and demand generation. Strong technical knowledge about pests and crops.</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English.</li><li><span>Effective use of computers and MS Office.</span></li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective public speaking skills. Engage the audience in commercial/technical presentations.</li><li>Results and business oriented.</li><li>Problem solving and adaptability.
