Data Scientist

We currently have a vacancy for a Data Scientist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Designing, building, managing, implementing and continuous developing of client's platform based on the application of ML/DL/DS techniques;
• Continuous monitoring, maintenance and improvement of the platform and analytic solutions quality, including impact to the near-to-real time processes and the entire integrated quality;
• Support in developing prototypes and demonstrators of client's models and analytic solutions (including those created by the other users);
• Management and support of experimentation for the client's platform further progress and development from ML/DL/DS perspective (continuously trying and testing new solutions, DS libraries).

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Machine Learning (ML)/ Deep Learning (DL)/ and Data Science (DS) capabilities, on a rich experience in ML/DL/DS models building;
• Experience with Project Management tools and Methodologies;
• Ability to produce minutes, notes, business cases, vision documents, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules, etc;
• Possession of recognised certificate in project management is an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
