Pay Grade:  11 

Salary: $78000 - $80000

The duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager include:

 

• Provide inspired leadership for the Warehouse department - delegates and elevates!
• Ensures the department has the right people in the right seat by utilizing the EOS tools and providing necessary documentation to HR.
• Keep expectations clear by communicating and meeting daily with the warehouse Asst Manager and Supervisors.
• Conducts weekly meetings and one on ones with associates
• Provides clear instructions and responsibilities during the time covered by the schedule.
• Maintains warehouse staff morale by continued training, keeping accountability and always being a team player.
• Reviews and enforces the warehouse policies and procedures.
• Promotes a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Proactively identifies and addresses problems and opportunities for the Warehouse department.
• Oversees budgeting, planning, reporting, and inventory management
• Assists GM with maintenance of company vehicles by following maintenance programs, following check-in and check-out procedures, completing daily inspections, enforcing a cleaning schedule, controlling fueling, and notifying the GM of repairs if required.
• Maintains safety and security procedures of the warehouse defined by GM.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse per the design of GM by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and maintenance.

 

Key qualifications: 

 

• 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
