  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple concurrent product initiatives, defining scope, schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Create and maintain integrated program plans; identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and forecast resource needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, client services, operations) to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate governance cadence including steering committee updates, executive reporting, and program-level KPIs.
  • Drive vendor and consultant engagement: define SOWs, manage deliveries, and ensure alignment to timelines and quality standards.
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate product vision into technical roadmap and release plans; lead PI planning and release coordination across scrum teams.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 12+ years of experience in security and regulatory compliance for financial software — PCI DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, and data privacy controls.
  • 10+ years of experience with cloud platform architecture and operations for SaaS/payment solutions — AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • 10+ years of experience in payments and banking systems — ACH/NACHA, card processing, ISO 20022/8583, payment rails and treasury integrations.
  • 10+ years of experience leading Agile/SAFe program increments, release planning, and multi‑team delivery using Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD coordination.
  • 8+ years of experience in vendor and consultant management, SOW and contract oversight, resource forecasting, and program financial tracking.
  • 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices integrations, and enterprise middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee).
  • Prior experience launching small business banking or payments products at scale.
  • Proven ability in executive communication and stakeholder management across product, risk, and commercial teams.
  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in a technical or business discipline.

Sponsorship:

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
