About the Team…
Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Director to join the Strategy and Planning team charged with Governance and Strategic initiatives for the New Home Office and overall corporate portfolio.

About the Position…
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong management consulting background and a proven track record of spearheading strategic initiatives and creating executive-level materials to drive a robust governance framework.

What you'll do...

• Implement the current Corporate Real Estate governance model by setting clear priorities and developing content to facilitate effective communication, expedite decision-making, and document outcomes efficiently.
• Take ownership of creating and consolidating high-level materials for executives, such as presentations, reports, and strategic plans.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret and synthesize complex data, offering valuable insights to support informed business decisions.
• Serve as a liaison for consultants, fostering collaborative efforts to drive strategic initiatives forward effectively.
• Foster alignment and buy-in from stakeholders across all organizational levels through active engagement and collaboration.

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a reputable management consulting firm is preferred; comparable experience in corporate strategy and finance will also be considered
• Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality executive-level materials and presentations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, with the capacity to rigorously analyze, synthesize, and validate large datasets.
