Your role will involve handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring all relevant information is captured and shared with internal stakeholders. You will perform vendor reconciliations, act swiftly to resolve payment-related issues and disputes, and avoid dunning and credit suspensions from vendors.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>You will handle business correspondence in Dutch, including translations into English, and </span><span>participate</span><span> in vendor visits to resolve payment and process issues. Collaboration with the Frontline team and other internal stakeholders will be essential as you work to resolve issues and fix structural process gaps. Flexibility to handle </span><span>different products</span><span> and brand portfolios will be important, as will your ability to manage payment rejections, </span><span>facilitate</span><span> urgent and ad hoc payments, and resolve supplier invoice and payment queries.
