You will enjoy:Bonuses for your resultsA great office, a friendly atmosphere and a multinational environmentWide range of development and training options (including soft skills and language courses)Free coffee and fruits to keep you energized but also medical coverage Bookster and Benefits Online for you to enjoy your hobbies<h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Manages a team of OTC / PTP/ GL accountants supporting various EU territories</li><li>Handles complex client specific queries, issues or escalations</li><li>Acting as SPOC for key onshore stakeholders</li><li>Support the team in achieving common goal</li><li>Driving improvements in the team</li><li>Supporting, managing and developing the team members</li><li>Customer focus  approach with strong stakeholders management skills</li><li>Focus on quality and timely delivery according to agreed SLAs/KPIs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong people management skills (at least 2 years of experience);</li><li>work experience in F&amp;A and management, preferably in the BPO industry.</li><li>Good command of English Language;</li><li>Additional language skills will be an asset (Italian, Spanish)</li><li>Experience of SAP systems preferable;</li><li>Proficiency in Excel;</li><li>Technology-oriented and innovation promoter;</li><li>Excellent project management skills, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas.</li><li>High level of customer service skills and very good communication skills;</li><li>Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting;</li><li>Able to improve the process and to motivate the staff to do the same;</li><li>Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines.</li></ul>
