Recruiting Project Coordinator

The Recruiting Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team and ensuring the efficient operation of the hiring process. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, running reports from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS, and assisting with entry-level recruiting responsibilities.100% onsite attendance is required in our Pontiac office.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Run and analyze reports from iCIMS to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within the iCIMS system
- Support the recruitment team with various administrative duties, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Work with Talent Leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Generate regular recruitment reports to track progress against hiring goals
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- This position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in hours to meet recruitment needs
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel experience (PivotTables, Vlookup, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with leaders and multiple levels - proven communication and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our goals
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among multiple major initiatives and operational tasks
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to type/design and proofread general correspondence
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience with an ATS, preferably iCIMS, is a plus
