The goal of the Sr. Director Mammography Digital Solutions role is to look holistically across the mammography workflow – patient risk and compliance, scanning, interpretation, reporting and follow up – to realize a cohesive user experience and clinical solution. Leveraging your product management, AI/engineering, and business skillset, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of AI, digital and workflow features that improve performance, cost, and efficiency of our mammography solution. There will be a business development and partnership component to expand our offering and accelerate our go to market plans. The role spans the definition of products & solutions from inception to commercial launch to end of life, with the realization of the business cases & driving their performance & quality throughout the full life cycle. Further, this will be a significant end-customer facing role, presenting roadmaps, facilitating discovery sessions with key customers, and refining strategies based on insights.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product management for our mammography AI, digital, and workflow solutions, including data management systems and viewing applications.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring product profitability, growth, and pipeline health.
- Create a cross-functional roadmap, defining features and technical specifications for digital and workflow solutions that address challenges in breast cancer screening and diagnosis.
- Deliver new product introductions that enhance clinical workflow, global market share, contribution margin, and product quality.
- Develop strategic partnerships to co-develop and co-commercialize digital/workflow assets.
- Own financial performance of the product portfolio, achieving revenue and EBIT goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial change processes.
- Motivate and develop team members to deliver business results.
- Collaborate with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen brand messaging.
- Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with high-quality, scalable solutions. Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and analyze results.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of multi-functional experience in product management, business development, sales, marketing, and clinical roles.
- Background in healthcare AI, SaaS, and/or imaging.
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale.
- Experience incorporating AI into products.
