Executive Director- HR leads the processes, principles, and practices for all HR related activities within COO organization.

This person works with business leaders to balance employee experiences, business needs, and risk to advance the NCR Atleos culture and ensure compliance with our policies.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in managing large-scale change, creating processes, influencing, and impacting high-growth and dynamic businesses through effective management.

This person will be accountable for building trusted relationships quickly, and leading with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity to think inside and outside the box to drive the right solutions.

This position reports to the VP, HRBP Global Operations and Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Security, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions.
• Conduct training and development programs on HR topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of empathy, compassion, and creativity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
