Senior Program Manager 5-ProdDev

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to build and lead a new internal-initiative within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this critical role, you will drive definition and clarity around operational excellence, specifically focusing on change management and incident management standard processes. The outcomes of this role are to define, measure, and hold OCI service teams accountable to the newly defined operational bar!

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement operational hygiene practices, with a focus on change management, problem management, and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive requirements to instill/mechanize the operational bar into existing tooling.
• Establish and communicate clear guidelines and standards for measuring the operational bar, ensuring alignment with OCI’s cloud strategy.
• Collaborate with collaborators across the organization, applying your expertise to drive the successful adoption and adherence to an OCI-wide operational bar.
• Use your program management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved within established timelines.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience operating as a principal/senior-principal Technical Program Manager, with a proven track record of leading cross-organizational change.
• In-depth knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management standard methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and implement initiatives at scale, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
