What You’ll Bring:
- Strong focus on results, not just features. Set the target for what needs to be accomplished and guide the team in charting a course to deliver on that vision.
- Strong bias for action. Make decisions swiftly and drive initiatives forwards, always pushing to move from idea to execution.
- Successfully build relationships and influence partners beyond your cross-functioning team, ensuring product initiatives have org-wide support and momentum.
- Have successfully launched several products and been deeply involved in go-to-market activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Organizing the sprints, prioritizing the backlog, and providing clarity around requirements to the product development group.
- Partnering with cross functional stakeholders to determine new areas of opportunities that further improve the product and determine their key success indicators.
- Prioritize features and initiatives with a bias towards increasing the value of our enterprise product.
- removing friction and maintaining momentum to accelerate the delivery of our product initiatives.
Nice to have:
- Candidate needs to be comfortable understanding tech stack to effectively work with engineering.
- Experience in platform-level initiatives, creating solutions that spans across multiple teams and products.
- Experience in working with UX research.
