Job Description

Location: Central FL 

Travel Required: 60%

The Quality Trainer  will assess training and development needs for their aligned market, while helping individuals and groups to develop skills and knowledge. Their scope includes presenting training sessions, monitoring training for effectiveness, and ensuring that company initiatives are met through employee competence within the aspect of learning and development.

Primary Job Duties:

• Conducts training sessions with individuals or groups
• Conducts process and product audits to confirm compliance with company policies
• Monitors and reports program performance against service level agreements and performance standards to manager
• Analyzes performance trends and takes proactive steps to prevent service shortcomings
• Ensure all advisors receive quality monitoring assessments monthly
• Reports performance information through formal and informal reports 
• Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• RN license required
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and training with continuous improvement concepts, procedures, and processes
• 3+ years of related management experience in clinical operations, quality monitoring, or quality assurance

• Fluent in EMR clinical workflows; strong preference for experience in athenaNet

• Familiar with Google G-Suite Products 
• Availability to work a flexible shift
• Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Ability to constantly remain in a stationary position
• Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printer
• Ability to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screen
• Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information
• Ability to frequently adjust focus

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements.
