What Will You Be Doing?

• Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related issues.
• Assists in diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Assists in determining and defining daily objectives for site-specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by management.
• Performs site surveys on all new orders.
• Maintains accurate inventory and accounting of all parts used at customer locations.
• Responsible for completing all required reporting and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Actively supports internal team members, as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational, Technical, or Business School preferred.
• 2-5 years’ technician experience in a customer-facing role; industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current internal/external company policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated understanding of all hardware, software, product platforms, and networking solutions.
