Talkdesk is expanding its US FedRAMP team and looking for a Senior Director Product Management, FedRAMP to lead, manage, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including information security, product management, engineering, operations, QA, consultants, Authorizing Agencies, and potential AOs.

This is a fully remote, full-time exempt position. All work must be performed on US Soil.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize & Engage
- Talkdesk complies with FedRAMP& interconnection systems specific security, data encryption, and data access requirements
- Spokesperson for Talkdesk Field and Partner ecosystem for FedRAMP
- Champion & educate Talkdesk initiatives with prospects, partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop initiatives in alignment with Talkdesk FedRAMP Program team
- Product Leader
- Enhance the product strategy and align with all key internal and external stakeholders behind the plan
- Build healthy requirements pipeline for FedRAMP and adjacencies (local/state government/interconnections) for Talkdesk FedRAMP service
- Develop and Own roadmap for FedRamp and related compliance projects
- Work with the Engineering team to execute on continuous monitoring, including tracking and updating Talkdesk’s Plan of Action and Milestones and ensuring timely reporting to Agency partners.
- Work closely with regulatory, privacy, security, engineering, operations, sales, marketing to develop strategy for government & similar verticals in US and abroad
- Collaborate with engineering team to deliver features
- Track and measure the success of each product/feature launched
- Lead, Learn and Support
- Be part of FedRAMP Change Control Board (CCB) with FedRAMP and Engineering subject matter experts reviewing and weighing in on risk assessments and changes that determine future directions of the platform.
- Collaborate with FedRAMP Program Office to:
- Review/fine-tune/advise on FedRAMP policies, processes, and procedures documentation including FedRAMP System Security Plan (SSP)
- Support compliance audit and assessment efforts to include external third-party auditors with evidence collection and upload, auditor interview support, and auditor walk-throughs of policies, procedures, and related compliance and security documentation.
- Assist with performing and managing security impact analyses, reviewing access management controls, creating relevant training deployment to applicable users, and mapping technical implementation of changes to impacted NIST security controls.
- Leverage technical and program management skills to plan, track, collaborate and report on FedRAMP program deliverables, including scheduling and leading meetings, assigning and tracking action items, and developing status reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 8 years of computer science/information technology and/or information security experience
- At least 5 years of product or program management experience, playing a critical role in the execution, planning, tracking, delivery or audit of a Federal Government System with an Authority to Operate (ATO)
- At least 3 years of product or program management experience of a FedRAMP program (moderate or high)
- Subject Matter Expert in FedRAMP and its pedigree, including but not limited to NIST SP 800-53 Rev 4, NIST SP 800-37, FIPs 199
