The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services:

Join the Engineering and Technology Application Services (ETAS) Team as an experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Windchill Developer and be part of a dynamic and innovative team driving technological excellence!

What You Will Do

  • In this role, you will thrive with moderate supervision, taking an active part in a high-performing scrum development team.

  • You will tackle business and technical objectives with precision and creativity, designing, coding, deploying, testing, and providing technical support and collaboration. Your expertise in coordinating and executing unit and system-level automated and manual test plans using Cucumber and other auto-testing tools will be crucial.

  • Your experience in team topologies and delivering value to business partners via value stream teams will shine through as you develop in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud environments and commit code to Git.

  • Embrace the best practices of DevSecOps using Jenkins and other toolchains, and showcase your work through impactful demonstrations to peers and business partners.

  • Adaptability is key, as you will adjust your work based on shifting priorities and external timelines. Support your team members, submit work for code review, and strive to deliver the highest business value to our organization.

  • Your ability to identify and communicate opportunities, dependencies, and risks to the Scrum Master and Product Owners will drive our success.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in Computer Science, related engineering or science field or Business with relevant professional experience, will consider equivalent professional related experience on the basis of three (3) additional years of experience for each one (1) year of higher education.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a software developer customizing Windchill products (PDMLink, MPMLink) for enhancements and break fix in Linux environments

  • Windchill integration development and tools (Windchill REST Services, SOAP) in an Agile/Scrum team implementing methodologies/tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Experience in using the following for modification of Windchill: Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT

  • Knowledge of Cucumber, Selenium, Junit and DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Containers, Github)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Windchill PDMLink 12.02 or later, Creo Parametric and how it interacts with PDMLink

  • Experience with engineering release activities in Windchill PDMLink via Change Notices, Tasks, WTParts, WTDocuments, CAD Documents, Notes, Engineering Bills of Material, and effectivity.

  • Experienced in Windchill 12.02 or later customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, Info Tasks, Webjects, OIRs, Actions/action-models, Listeners, MVC components, and automated deployments of those changes

  • Must be a self-motivated team player, ability to dive in and learn rapidly, adapt to change, and work on varying assignments and able to excel in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment with effective oral and written communication skills.
