This is a post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role, where success will be determined by deployment efficiency, 3rd party installation management, and the customer’s total experience.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br><strong>Location: </strong>Remotely from the United States, Domestic Traveling Role, On the road 80% (Mon-Fri)<br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Manager, Interview Room<br><strong>Direct reports: </strong>0<br><br></div> <ul> <li>Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency and speed leading to an excellent customer experience.</li> <li>Ensure 3rd party installers (cable running/connections) and Interview Room customers are up-to-speed on installation status through daily report outs/ stand up meetings.</li> <li>Ensure individual regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating commitment to work responsibilities.</li> <li>With minimal assistance, deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Exhibit flexibility to undertake additional projects and adapt to evolving priorities.</li> <li>Offer guidance to customers on optimal hardware placement, tailoring solutions to enhance their workflows, and establish a thorough and compliant interview data collection environment.</li> <li>Develop accurate installation diagrams and thorough documentation for the implemented solution.</li> <li>Engage with key technology decision-makers such as Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT, and program managers after the sale.</li> <li>Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff, ensuring they are proficient in using and providing basic support for the Axon Interview solution.</li> </ul> <div><br><br><strong>What Y
