Job Summary: The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for driving sales through Major Accounts, Major Account territory Responsibility for all sales and growth initiatives within a given territory, and collaborating with leadership in the field to develop profitable dealer partnerships while increasing revenue and market share.
This role progresses through a hands-on customized professional sales development program with an assigned mentor(s) in region. Future roles include Inside Sales, Territory Management, Operations, Marketing, etc….
QualificationsKey Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Major Account engagement visiting stores, joint jobsite calls, new and existing product placement and promotion within all locations, Product Knowledge transfer, day to day account management
- Outbound calling around strategic campaigns to improve customer stocking position
- Business relationship building in field with dealers and builders in the construction supply industry
- Leveraging marketing insight to increase customer success
- Emphasis on utilizing systems including Salesforce, Tableau, and SAP
- Represent company at customer events, tradeshows and association meetings
- Consistently train on our products to develop product expertise

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Sales, Customer Service, Construction, Internships, Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications: Valid Driver's License, current Insurance.
