Summary

As a CRA Intern, you will learn the fundamentals of client service within a wealth management environment by supporting Client Relationship Associates and collaborating with internal teams. This role provides hands-on exposure to client meeting preparation, account documentation, and firm operations, while building a strong foundation in EP Wealth’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities


Act as a primary point of contact, responding to client inquiries via phone and email, such as scheduling client meetings and assistance with follow-up items
Assist in setting up new client accounts (custodian forms), managing data, and inputting into our CRM (focusing on accuracy and completeness), assisting with uploads.
Learn and follow EP Wealth policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to client service and data handling

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program; preference given to rising juniors and seniors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client‑service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability
