JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Responsible for the oversite of Distribution contractors throughout the West region. Support safe and productive completion of construction projects in this same area.  Employee must be efficient in Interfacing with several operational, customer service and financial functions in the execution of their daily activities.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing safety, managing contractors, service requests, outage restoration, reliability improvement, leading out of town contractor storm teams, responding to Customer Issue Resolution complaints.
• Conducting safety observation and coaching in the field.
• Schedule, assign and monitor work of distribution contractor crews.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, in-service dates and cost estimates while supporting the Louisiana budget.
• Assign, commit and close out construction jobs in Maximo and CLICK.
• Verification of completed work assignments and preparation of related invoices.
• Read and interpret construction prints.
• Attend pre-design and conduct pre-construction meetings

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum experience required of the position

• Minimum ten (8) years’ experience in work related field and 5 years Distribution Experience

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in Maximo, Click, Click Mobile, Microsoft Office Programs
• Understanding of Work Management process
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and has the ability to enact change
• Ability to lead and participate in problem solving teams as required
