You will:

  • Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and updates to the board of directors and investors.
  • Lead debt management, refinancing, creating subsidiaries efforts and managing capital structure.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability through prudent risk management.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

You have:

  • 15–20+ years of finance and operations experience in leadership positions.
  • Extensive experience with SaaS and subscription models, particularly in reporting on recurring revenue, and experience in complex business models (hardware, IoT, advertising) with diverse revenue streams and margins.
  • High financial rigor with a strategic, operational and growth mindset.
  • Previous experience at a company growing 30-50% annually and continuously bringing new products to market.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis, including M&A activities (due diligence, financial modeling, and integration).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading financial operations to support and align with business objectives.
  • Strong focus on achieving results, setting and exceeding ambitious performance targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly under pressure, with sound decision-making skills.
