Our company is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator for our Clinical Department. This role will be pivotal in supporting our staffing needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions within the Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support to the DOHS in scheduling the Clinical Department and ensuring that department is fully staffed. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Review daily, weekly and monthly Clinical schedules. 

2. Ensure the clinical schedule is full, if needed make calls to fill open positions.

3. Work in UKG to adjust schedules as needed per leadership to cover vacations.

4. Assist with projects as needed

5. Other duties as needed by leadership

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

·         One (1) year working in assisted living or health care preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

·         Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.
