<p><b>The role</b><br/>
In order to complete our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, we are currently looking for a Release Manager - eCommerce Platform (Nescafé Dolce Gusto).<br/>
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to join our team at Nestle as we continue to expand and enhance our eCommerce platform for Nescafé Dolce Gusto. As the Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and release of our Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform, hosted on AWS, across multiple countries worldwide. You will work closely with our internal development team and external development agency to ensure seamless and efficient releases, while maintaining the highest level of quality and stability.</p>

<b>What you’ll do </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.</li>
<li>Coordinate release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.</li>
<li>Execute release activities, including code deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.</li>
<li>Implement and enforce change management processes and procedures to minimize risks and disruptions during releases.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes, including release notes and user guides.</li>
<li>Continuously improve change management practices based on industry best practices and lessons learned.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain release governance processes, including release gates and approval workflows.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on release progress, metrics, and key performance indicators.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting release status, risks, and mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance release efficiency and quality.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in eCommerce platforms, AWS, and Magento.</li>

<p><b>Minimum qualifications: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>10+ years’ experience in an IT role.</li>
<li>5+ years’ experience in a Release Management role.</li>
<li>Being able to multi task.</li>
<li>Being able to work in a high pressure environment.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Bonus Points If You: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Release Manager or similar role, in an eCommerce environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and AWS (nice to have).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive results.</li>
<li>Experience working with development agencies or external vendors is a plus.</li>
<li>Do-er, hand-on attitude and hunger for process improvements. </li>
</ul>
