Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the Vice President, Service Delivery position is to lead, manage and inspire a team of people that produce “raves” through their ongoing service and support for a book of clients representing $15,000,000 and greater in annualized recurring revenue (ARR).

Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Manage the health of overall book of clients to deliver outstanding client retention and satisfaction
• Hire and equip great people that reflect our core values
• Lead and manage the team to achieve individual, team, & company goals
• Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses
• Continuously refine and improve operations practices
• Lead governance on overall client relationship while ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Build a relationship with clients via ongoing governance and personal discussions with full portfolio of clients
• Coordinate with bswift call center, COBRA/FSA, and billing teams
• Directly manage one or more key client relationship(s) with governance relationships with all other clients
• Actively participate as a member of the Sales & Service Leadership Team
• Assist in product development & quality assurance efforts as required
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience managing client relationships within the benefit administration industry

• 10+ years' experience consulting with clients and developing new benefit strategies

• Deep knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions
• A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
• Detailed knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions
• Significant health & welfare client relationship management experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20% of the work week and weekends when necessary
• B.A. or B.S. required
