Position Summary
As an Operations & Enrollment Coordinator, you will oversee both the daily operations of the center and the growth of student enrollment. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, and sales/outreach.

We offer a competitive base hourly wage plus performance bonuses. This compensation structure rewards your organizational skills as well as your initiative in driving growth. Primary Responsibilities      Center Operations

• Open and close the center during assigned shifts.
• Greet students and parents warmly, manage check-in, and assign seating.
• Keep the learning environment organized and running smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
• Support instructors with materials and daily logistics.

     Customer Service & Enrollment

• Serve as the first point of contact for families, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule free assessments and conduct enrollment consultations with parents.
• Proactively follow up with prospective families to drive enrollment.
• Manage referral programs, promotions, and parent communications.

     Community Outreach

• Represent Mathnasium at local schools, PTA meetings, and community events.
• Organize family-friendly events (e.g., Math Nights, school fairs) to promote Mathnasium.
• Build strong relationships with local educators and families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic, positive, and motivated by both teamwork and performance incentives.
• Comfortable working independently and representing the center in the community.

* Employees who have been with us for over 12 months are eligible for comprehensive benefits. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
