What you will do

As the Inventory Coordinator, Marketing Services, you will coordinate product requests for marketing and medical education events, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products.

  • Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting
  • Administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
  • Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse
  • Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
  • Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment
  • Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks
  • Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically

What you need

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
  • Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds regularly

Preferred

  • Experience in shipping/receiving, handling of medical devices
  • Trade show product preparation, post-show inventory management

  

 

$23.90/hr plus bonus eligible and benefits

  

 

Travel Percentage: 10%
