We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Operations Manager to help lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people management skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for efficient operations. This role involves hands-on management, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder & client management, and a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to a team of technicians and field staff. Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and coordinate operational planning with multiple stakeholders
- Inventory/Warehouse Management: Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
- Tool Competency: Demonstrate proficiency with various tools, including power tools, to support team operations.
- Data & Technological Proficiency: Ability to use tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Scheduling: Create and manage team schedules

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $65,000
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and nights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a unionized workforce.
- Forklift certification.
