Now, we’re looking for a detail-driven and technically skilled Lead Quality Control Technician – LED to join our warehouse leadership team and help power the shows that inspire millions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead QC Tech – LED, you’ll ensure LED equipment meets LMG’s high-quality standards before it ever hits the stage. You'll manage prep workflows, inspect gear, and support warehouse optimization.

✅ Equipment Inspection – Visually inspect LED components for cleanliness, damage, or wear; clean and apply basic repairs as needed
✅ System Setup & Testing – Build and test LED system racks based on event specs to simulate live show conditions
✅ Show Order Fulfillment – Review rental reservations and manifests to verify equipment accuracy, completeness, and prep readiness
✅ Case Maintenance – Check, repair, and customize shipping cases for secure and efficient transport
✅ Warehouse Organization – Maintain inventory storage using a coded binning system; assist with layout improvements for efficiency
✅ Team Collaboration – Coordinate with logistics, floor technicians, and project managers to support accurate order prep and loading
✅ Truck Loading – Assist with positioning and loading gear for transport to ensure safety and proper weight distribution

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience in LED or AV warehouse operations
🔹 A strong eye for detail and quality control
🔹 Technical knowledge of LED display systems and signal flow
🔹 Hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
🔹 Ability to lead prep cycles and prioritize workload under tight timelines
🔹 Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team
