Job Description

We are looking for a driven, high impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team.  The ideal candidate is extremely organized and able to effectively lead and manage cross-functional and distributed teams in order to drive progress on many projects concurrently.  This individual is also highly analytical, ready to solve interesting and challenging problems such as scaling our service supply chain to meet future needs, optimizing operational processes to reduce inefficiencies, and reducing cost in the system while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience. You'll forge partnerships with key external partners as well as internal business partners such as Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to hit aggressive internal targets. In this high-visibility role you'll own a vertical line of business end-to-end and directly impact the success of the company.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ yrs of experience in consulting, strategy, supply chain, operations, or similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations with the ability to drive strategic decisions, anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Excellent judgment and agility in problem-solving root causes in an environment of change.
• Love of data and strong business and analytical skills to spot trends and implications within data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Bias for action with a relentless focus on execution and results
• Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Google Apps scripting, Dynamics, Tableau or Power BI, and/or other similar tools are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially communicating data-driven insights to senior executives.

(California Only) Pursuant to applicable law, SquareTrade estimates the possible compensation for this role, if hired in California, to be within the following range: 140K - 230K

(Colorado Only) Pursuant to applicable law, SquareTrade estimates the possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado, to be within the following range:130K - 200K
