Senior Research Executive - Qualitative

<h3>Company Description</h3><p> </p><ul></ul><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during reporting, presentations and business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests.</li><li>Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of data collected to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.</li><li>Experienced with thematic and content analysis for data extraction at a complex level.</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to develop, recruitment questionnaires and discussion guides.</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner.</li><li>Excellent presentation development skills to creatively to bring data to life with story-telling and attractive reporting to client expectations.</li><li>Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail oriented</li><li>Displays maturity and creative problem-solving skills in handling crises.</li><li>Get exposure and gain knowledge of moderation skills.</li><li>Attend fieldwork (in person or virtually).</li><li>Assist senior staff in managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating with Project Management team for updates.</li><li>Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress of projects.</li><li>Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work.</li><li>Disciplined work ethic with respect to client deadlines</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in qualitative research</li><li>Minimum academic qualification – diploma</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details.</li><li>Strong command on PowerPoint</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Analytical, creative and has critical thinking skills.</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About NIQ</strong></p><p>NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, reveals new pathways to growth for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers.
