Logistics Operations Specialist

ARServices is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join a team supporting Hawaii Network Services in Honolulu, In this position you will assist with the receipt, storage, distribution, and management of inventory materials, equipment, and products, to include:

• Examination of project schedules, customer orders, work orders, job orders, shipping orders, requisitions, etc. to determine items to be moved, gathered and/or distributed
• Performance of break-down operations
• Marking, sorting, movement and storage of materials
• Acting on customer orders
• Packaging items for shipment

• Coordination of pickups and deliveries of items with shipping agents
• Coordination of the return of material with manufacturers, vendors and/or shippers
• Recording and documenting the receipt or distribution of items
• Preparation of requisition forms to order supplies from manufacturers, vendors, etc.
• Monitoring and reporting the shipping status of ordered items
• Monitoring and reporting the stock status of stored items (stock levels and quantities, project/customer commitments, shelf life, wear-out dates, warranty information, etc.)
• Performance of inventories on both AT&T-owned equipment as well as Government furnished equipment
• Proficient data entry and database maintenance skills to ensure accuracy of the warehouse inventory and associated data in PCR360
• Performance of administrative functions such as assistance with preparation of reports, studies and other correspondence
• Contact various company approved vendor to request quotes and process orders for various AT&T Managers for equipment MIN MAX Stocking items.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Clean Drivers Abstract with current Drivers License. No CDL required. Ability to drive a full size Cargo Van
• Has a forklift license. Ability to drive and maintain a Stand-Up Narrow Isle Electric forklift
• Position may require overtime if requested and approved
