LCV EUCOM Poland: Fuel Distribution Systems SupervisorSupervises workers responsible for monitoring and maintaining the amount of fuel in the tanks of a fuel farm.
- Ensures that usage calculations, service times and amount for tank fillings are maintained and forms completed.
- Reviews receiving or shipping documents.
- Periodically inspects samples of fuel, checks gravity and flashpoint.
- Reviews information on water in tanks, temperature, and fuel levels.
- Monitors reports that show preventive maintenance and repairs on terminal systems have been performed.
- Responsible for supervising Foreman and the work of employees.
- Conducts regular safety briefings and ensures HSE standards are maintained.
- May be responsible for performance reviews, disciplinary actions and assisting the manager in hiring/firing/promotion decisions.
- High school diploma, some college preferred and 8 years of related work experience with at least 3 years in a lead/foreman capacity role.
The Fuel Distribution System Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple sites within the region. Travel will be required to various sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Supervise and lead multiple direct hire employees.
2) Ensure Statement of Work are verified and are being followed by Subcontract Workers.
3) Ensure training and process verifications are completed for all employees at all assigned sites.
4) Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and training is completed for all sites.
5) Identify potential cost savings.
6) Ensure all sites have proper equipment for all aspects of the fuel mission. 7) Ensure all proper Preventive Maintenance Checks and Schedule procedures of all fuel systems are being followed and documented.
8) Ensure all fuel accountability is accurate without errors for all assigned sites.
9) Ensure all KBR Standard Operating Procedures and Desktop Operating Procedures and policies are being always followed.
10) Ensure proper Quality Analysis of fuel testing is being maintained and documented.
11) May be assigned other duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) High school diploma, some college preferred and 8 years of related work experience with at least 3 years in a lead/foreman capacity role.
2) In depth knowledge of U.S. Army Fuel Regulations and Manuals.
3) Excellent communication skills.
4) Knowledge and being able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
