What You Will Do 

Are you passionate about solving complex data challenges and driving impactful decisions through innovative solutions? Kenvue is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Procurement Center of Excellence team in Prague.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your SQL expertise to manage and optimize large datasets, ensuring data is clean, consistent, and sustainable. By streamlining processes, reducing bottlenecks, and automating workflows, you will create a single source of truth that enables actionable insights and enhances decision-making across the global supply chain.

As part of a well established team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with our company's mission to revolutionize supply chain procurement through data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

·    Database Management and Optimization:

o   Design, maintain, and optimize the Azure SQL scripting to support data and model are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

o   Identify and resolve bottlenecks, data overlaps, and inefficiencies, creating a unified data environment.

o   Implement data governance practices to maintain consistency and compliance.

·    Process Automation and Streamlining:

o   Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual processes, enhancing efficiency and data reliability.

o   Optimize database structures and queries to improve performance and scalability.

·    Analytical Problem-Solving and Insights:

o   Use critical thinking to address complex data challenges, delivering innovative solutions for the procurement and supply chain teams.

o   Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

o   Create intuitive and interactive dashboards using Tableau to provide real-time reporting for stakeholders.
