The role as a Sales Account Coordinator is a key part for the success of our company. The Sales Account Coordinator are one of the main contacts for our customers, supporting the Account Manager in the project management. A detailed knowledge of the client requirements and the market environment is essential to manage the day-to-day client requests.

Your key responsibilities:

 

• Document/questionnaire preparation
• Project follow up
• Pricing offers preparation/ approval process management
• Sample order preparation and follow up
• Direct customer contact
• Data management
• Main contact during Account Manager absence

• Sales Department Experience.
• Office Management Experience.
• Fluency in English: Excellent command of the English language.
