Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated part-time working student (all genders) to support our Sales & Marketing team, which takes care of our bitiba shops.

The team consists of shop operations specialists, direct marketing, pricing and campaign & promotion managers.

Your tasks

• Support with product listing (selection of missing products, copying, translating and activation)
• Support in updating all website content including banner briefing, banner pre- and post-processing & creation of landing pages (campaigns, promotions, content pages, etc.)
• Operational support, quality assurance & further development of the bitiba shops (e.g. restructuring the “shelves”, adapting the product descriptions, improving the product category display)
• Optimization of internal search
• Requesting results analysis from analytics team and documentation
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations with analysis results of the campaigns
• Coordination, preparation and analysis of our “product of the month offers
• Implementation and analysis of sampling activities
• Support in the creation of internal documentation

Qualifications

• Enrolled student with a relevant major, e.g. in economics or media studies, marketing, e-commerce, etc.
• Available for working 20 hours a week for at least one year.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
• Very good communication skills
• High internet affinity and interest in e-commerce
