New York, NYWe are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 10th, 2024. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.
Candidates must be:
Rising senior graduating in 2025
Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office 5 days per week (M- F)
Available June 10, 2024 - August 16, 2024

Now we are looking at unifying our core technology platforms. This is a new global team, with hubs in New York, London, Bangalore and Chennai. This role has the opportunity to help define our Site Support capability on a global scale. You will get a rare look at digital publishing around the world.
As a Technology Support Intern, you will be working as part of the Global Support team as a member of the US Support Team providing 1st Line Support both in person at our 1 WTC office, and remotely via Phone, Chat, and Global Support Portal.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in providing in-person, phone, chat, and remote troubleshooting support
Collaborate with teams in local and larger Technology department
Support team in management of ServiceNow Support queue
Provide excellent customer service while assisting employees with technical issues
Assist with ad-hoc audio/visual support for meetings, events, conferences and webinars.
Champion IT Security, protecting the company’s IP through application of policies and procedures.
Work on additional projects as directed
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Natural troubleshooter
Enthusiasm and open-mind to new technologies
Loves solving problems
Strong customer service skills
Skilled in G-Suite and Office365
PC and Mac hardware troubleshooting knowledge/ experience
Printer troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge
Audio Visual Skills (Zoom)
Mobile device support (iPhone / iOS / Wandera and Mass 360)
Ability to work both independently and part of a larger team
General interest in/ passionate for technology
Hourly Rate: $25/ hour
