ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior GCCS-J Administrator to join our team in Doral, FL. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Senior GCCS-J Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and operational integrity of the GCCS-J system

• They possess a high level of technical proficiency in GCCS-J architecture, data management, and network security, coupled with a deep understanding of joint military doctrine and operational procedures

• They lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GCCS-J hardware and software, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability

• This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and security protocols, as well as developing and implementing system updates and patches

• They analyze complex systems issues, conduct performance tuning, and provide expert technical support to end users and operational staff

• They are also responsible for maintaining accurate system documentation, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards

• The Senior GCCS-J Administrator provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with network administration and security.

• Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL).

• Experience with user account management and security protocols.

• Formal training on GCCS-J system administration.

• Training on relevant operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux). Security+ certification or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with joint military operations and doctrine.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools.

• Experience with information assurance and cybersecurity best practices and Virtualization technologies.
