Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor | Palm Mountain Resort
Master multitasker. Memory Maker. Detail detective. In this hybrid role, no two shifts are the same. Whether welcoming guests at the Front Desk or overseeing overnight operations, you create exceptional experiences by anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring the property’s guest service and financial procedures are completed accurately.
This position works a combination of daytime, evening, and overnight shifts based on business needs.

What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
• Performs both Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor responsibilities during assigned daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Handles guest check-in and check-out, establishes appropriate credit, processes of payments, issues room keys, and provides information about property services and amenities.
• Maintains proficiency with the property management system, point-of-sale system, telephone, radio, and other Front Office equipment.
• Responds to guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism, sound judgment, and timely follow-up.
• Assists guests with restaurant, transportation, activity, and entertainment reservations.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to address guest and operational needs.
• Completes nightly financial reconciliation, balances transactions and accounts, research discrepancies, and prepares required Night Audit reports.
• Maintains the confidentiality and security of guest information, payment information, financial records, and other sensitive property data.
• Oversees Front Desk operations during overnight shifts and communicates unresolved guest, financial, safety, or operational matters to the appropriate leader or incoming team.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, security concerns, and unusual situations and promptly contact management or emergency services when needed.
• Accurately documents guest concerns, incidents, financial activity, and important shift information.
• Maintains clean, organized, secure, and properly stocked Front Desk, lobby, marketplace and work areas.
• Follows all Front Office, cash-handling, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Performs additional Front Office, guest service, financial, and operational duties as assigned.
What You Bring
• Previous hospitality, Front Desk, Night Audit, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling, financial reconciliation, property management systems, or computerized point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
