Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Small Business Account Manager to join our team in New Mexico Team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for new business opportunities, quoting, marketing, and servicing for an assigned book of business
  • Knowledge of completing certificates, endorsements, audits, claim reporting, applications, accounting/billing, proposals and additional servicing requests
  • Maintain high retention on existing accounts
  • Attend any required training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures are followed
  • Other assigned duties as needed
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Available to work 7:30 – 4:30 MST or 8:00 to 5:00 MST

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2+ years commercial insurance experience
  • P&C License
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
