About the role
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials tailored for the MCV team and agents, including content creation, visual aids, and effective delivery methods.
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development for the MCV team and agents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and post-training evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and address specific training needs and requirements for the MCV team and agents.
- Continuously enhance training programs by incorporating participant feedback and aligning with industry best practices to meet the evolving needs of the MCV team and agents.
- Manage training initiatives from inception to completion, including planning, execution, reporting, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, business, or marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in training within the insurance industry or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
