Customer Experience Assistant Internship (Luxembourg)

And with 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.</p> <p>Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.</p><p>For this reason, we are looking for an <strong>intern </strong>to help us develop the business in our office in a co-working space in the center of <strong>Luxembourg</strong>. You will be involved in several aspects of our business (HR, Business Development, Customer Experience and Marketing) in the Luxembourg market after a week of intensive training in our Lausanne office in Switzerland.</p><p></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul> <li>Able to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude while engaging customers and agents orally and in writing</li> <li>Take calls, e-mails and instant messages from our clients to fix last minute issues. Respond to inquiries and demonstrate a sense of urgency when critical issues arise</li> <li>Organise the agents' schedules and replacements according to the customers' bookings</li> <li>Develop creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems,(delays, absences, etc.).
