With a focus on innovation and user experience, we are driving the evolution of wearable technology. </p> <p>Senior Cloud Engineer </p> <p>This is a remote role, but you are welcome to join us in the Munich office </p> <p>What you will be working on</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable, serverless microservices in the cloud using AWS and AWS CDK</li> <li>Build web applications with Vue.js for service management, catering to both internal and public users</li> <li>Create low-latency, high-availability, and robust distributed applications</li> <li>Implement and enforce best practices in security and data protection</li> </ul> <p>What you will need</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of several years in a similar role</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Golang, Node.js, Vue.js (or any other UI framework), AWS and AWS CDK</li> <li>Strong understanding of AWS best practices and architectural principles</li> <li>Excels at addressing challenges with creativity and precision, balancing trade-offs to deliver optimal, high-quality solutions</li> <li>Skilled in multitasking within constraints, independently managing work, and contributing effectively to agile Scrum teams</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Python, Docker and database systems (SQL/NoSQL like DynamoDB)</li> </ul> <p>What we offer you</p> <ul> <li>A project that is extremely technically challenging and will change how audio is consumed forever</li> <li>Master your cloud/backend skills by working in a creative and game-changing environment with many Senior Engineers</li> <li>A chance to deliver a delightful experience to 25m+ users in the next 12 months (existing base is 7m+)</li> <li>A flexible Learning &amp; Development program, choose where you want to improve yourself</li> <li>If you are in Munich and want to come to the office we have the usual start-up goodies (breakfast, lunch, beers, events, quizzes) and all sorts of digital fun if you are remote</li> <li>Work from where suits you best</li> </ul>
