The Opportunity
Join Adobe's Business and Strategic Operations team in San Jose, where you'll demonstrate your critical thinking and excellent communication skills to drive key initiatives and support the growth of our Digital Media Organization. What you’ll do
As a crucial team member, you will drive important initiatives to achieve business impact and support the growth of the Digital Media Org and Adobe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the identification and structuring of critical initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to champion initiatives that drive business impact and deliver results through recommendations and insights.
- Challenging the status quo, exploring new and innovative ways to operate, identify areas for improvement, and spearheading necessary changes to optimize processes.
- Crafting and optimizing Adobe Platform Group's operating cadences through streamlining workflows to ensure processes are efficient and effective.
- Collaborating with engineering, program management, and product management teams to improve performance and scalability of APG and Adobe's products and services.
- Build regular communications to senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators through a variety of mediums (e.g. reports, videos, blog posts, newsletters, etc.)
What you need to succeed
Experience and Education:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
- A strong preference for candidates with an MBA and a BS in a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
Problem Solving and Initiative:
- A proven track record of creatively solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
Communication and Flexibility:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexibility to pivot and address ad hoc requests or shifting priorities
Interpersonal Skills:
- High emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills to influence and impact all levels
Analytical and Project Management Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing ambiguity and uncertainty
Communication Skills:
- Storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas and communicate across written and verbal channels
Personal Accountability:
- High personal accountability for self and others.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $74,200 -- $176,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
