Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United States, supporting critical clinical workflows every day.

In this role, you will receive structured onboarding and technical training before joining a customer portfolio team, where you will help keep real-world healthcare environments stable, secure, and high performing. You will work alongside experienced engineers and internal teams as you build your technical foundation and grow your impact.

What you will do

  • Support customer environments by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
  • Investigate system behavior by analyzing logs and identifying patterns that require longer-term solutions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to coordinate fixes and system improvements
  • Support new customer implementations by assisting with system configuration and basic integration work
  • Work closely with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows and technical requirements
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a reliable technical contact for your assigned portfolio
  • Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully trained

Who you are

  • You have up to 5 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, engineering, or a related IT role
  • You bring strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • You have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Windows and/or Linux environments
  • You are comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts in a clear and approachable way
  • You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn new systems and workflows
  • You are able to work in the Shelton, Connecticut office a minimum of three days per week
  • Experience with healthcare IT, DICOM, HL7, SQL, or virtualization is helpful but not required

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000–$105,000, based on experience and qualifications
